What's included

  • 1 × 5 m ECLIPSE SNL100 RGB Neon Flex strip (field-cuttable in 25 mm steps)
  • Stainless steel screw mounting clips
  • Sealing kit (blanking end caps and silicone adhesive for cut ends)
  • Bottom and side cable entry end cap options

Best fit

Best for ECLIPSE system owners who want vibrant, full-color RGB accent lighting along gunwales, T-tops, cabin headliners, or seating edges with MFD zone control and IP68 weatherproofing.

Why choose this Lumishore neon flex strip light

  • Full RGB color-changing with 120 LEDs/m: vivid, dot-free illumination across any curved surface — 5 m of flexible strip with a 120 mm minimum bend radius.
  • IP68 fully waterproof and potted: fully encapsulated extrusion survives spray, washdown, and intermittent immersion; UV-resistant and salt-spray tested for above-waterline marine use.
  • Field-cuttable in 25 mm steps: cut to any run length up to 5 m; resealing kit included for cut ends.
  • Full ECLIPSE zone control: ECLIPSE Command Center required — enables color selection, dimming, scene programming, sound-to-light, and MFD or smartphone zone control.
  • Compact cross section (12.0 mm × 6.1 mm): fits under gunwale lips, along headliners, and in tight recesses without routing channels.
  • Authorized dealer support: buy from MyGreenOutdoors with Garmin- and Lumishore-focused product help and fast shipping on qualifying orders.

Compatibility & control

The SNL100 RGB requires the ECLIPSE Command Center — it cannot be used with a basic on/off switch in RGB mode. Once connected to the Command Center:

  • ECLIPSE Command Center (required, sold separately): enables full color, zone, dimming, scene, strobe, and sound-to-light control via 4-wire connection
  • Garmin — MFD Ethernet connection via ECLIPSE Command Center
  • Raymarine, Simrad/B&G, Furuno, Lowrance, Humminbird — via ECLIPSE Command Center Ethernet
  • Wi-Fi smart device control: via ECLIPSE Command Center built-in Wi-Fi — iOS and Android

For non-RGB single or dual-color SNL100 variants, a basic on/off switch may be compatible — the RGB variant (this listing) requires the ECLIPSE Command Center. Not designed for permanent submersion; suitable for interior, exterior, and partially covered above-waterline locations.

Compare related options

  • ECLIPSE Command Center (79331) — required controller for full RGB zone control of the SNL100
  • ECLIPSE Expansion Module 2-Zone (79332) — adds 2 additional lighting zones to the Command Center (up to 6 zones total)
  • LUX 4” Flood Light (79334) — CRGBW flush-fit flood for point-source deck/cockpit illumination
  • ECLIPSE SMX24 Blue/White (79316) — underwater surface-mount dual-color light

Frequently asked questions

Does the SNL100 RGB work with a basic on/off switch?
No — the RGB variant of the SNL100 requires the ECLIPSE Command Center (sold separately) for color control. A basic on/off switch cannot select or change RGB colors. Single-color and dual-color SNL100 variants support switch control, but this listing is the RGB model.

Can the SNL100 connect to my Garmin MFD?
Yes — via the ECLIPSE Command Center, the SNL100 integrates with compatible Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad/B&G, Furuno, Lowrance, and Humminbird MFDs via Ethernet connection.

Can I cut the strip shorter than 5 m?
Yes — the SNL100 is field-cuttable in 25 mm increments. The included sealing kit provides silicone adhesive and blanking end caps for the cut end to maintain IP68 integrity.

What is the minimum bend radius?
120 mm. The strip will flex around tight curves such as gunwale lips, arch corners, and headliner contours without damage at this radius.

Is the SNL100 rated for underwater use?
No — the SNL100 is designed for above-waterline decorative and accent use (gunwales, headliners, T-tops). While IP68 rated, it is not intended for permanent continuous submersion underwater. For underwater lighting, see the SMX and TIX/THX product families.

Is this a Garmin product?
Yes. Garmin acquired Lumishore in October 2024. The ECLIPSE SNL100 carries Garmin MPN 010-04536-00 and is sold through Garmin-authorized dealers including MyGreenOutdoors.

How many SNL100 strips can I run from one ECLIPSE Command Center?
The ECLIPSE Command Center supports 3 lighting zones (expandable to 6 with Expansion Modules). Each zone can power multiple strips as long as the total zone current does not exceed 10 A. At 0.5 A/m, a single 5 m strip draws 2.5 A, so a single 10 A zone can power up to four 5 m RGB strips simultaneously.
