This kit expands an existing SUPRA THX or TIX installation by daisy-chaining a new hub via the included 1 m Lumi-Link DMX cable. All hubs in the chain synchronize lighting simultaneously. For full Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, B&G, or Furuno MFD control, add the SUPRA Bridge Module (010-04361-00, sold separately). MFD integration uses the Garmin Marine Network (proprietary Ethernet) — not NMEA 2000.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this kit without buying the main i-Connect Installation Kit first?
No. This kit is an expansion hub and does not include a switch. A functional SUPRA TIX/THX installation requires the SUPRA THS/TIX i-Connect Installation/Upgrade Kit (010-04358-00) to be installed first. Once that is in place, this hub extends the system to additional light zones.

Why is the 1 m DMX cable included rather than a longer one?
1 m covers the most common bilge daisy-chain scenario where two hubs are mounted nearby. If your hubs are further apart, Lumishore offers 5 m (PN 60-0404) and 15 m (PN 60-0405) extension cables sold separately.

Does this hub include its own power connection?
Yes — each hub requires its own 12 V or 24 V DC power feed. Power is not passed from hub to hub through the DMX cable. Plan your power routing to the expansion hub location before installation.

Is MFD control available with this hub?
The SUPRA Bridge Module (010-04361-00) unlocks full Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, B&G, or Furuno MFD control for the entire chained system — only one Bridge Module is needed regardless of how many hubs are in the chain. Garmin uses the Garmin Marine Network, not NMEA 2000.

Is this product now a Garmin product after the 2024 acquisition?
Yes. Garmin acquired Lumishore in October 2024. The i-Connect Hub Kit w/1M DMX Cable now carries Garmin MPN 010-04359-00 and is supported through Garmin's service network. Hardware is unchanged.
