The SMX154 mounts with three screws and a small cable hole — no hull boring required. This is the most affordable complete EOS SMX154 surface-mount kit; MFD conversion cable sold separately.

Frequently asked questions

What is different between this kit and the kit with display (010-04511-00)?
This kit (010-04510-00) does not include the EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display. Everything else — 2 lights, hub, and command center — is identical. If your vessel has a compatible chartplotter and you prefer to control the lights from it (or from a smartphone), this kit saves you approximately $550.

Is this a Garmin product?
Yes. Garmin acquired Lumishore in October 2024. This kit carries Garmin MPN 010-04510-00 and is sold under the Garmin/Lumishore brand. The hardware is unchanged.

Can I control this from my Garmin MFD?
Yes. With the Garmin Conversion Cable (PN 60-0372, sold separately) connected to the included EOS-LUX Command Center, the lights integrate with all Garmin OneHelm-enabled MFDs for direct scene, color, and brightness control.

Does the SMX154 need a large hull cutout?
No. The SMX154 only requires a 13.5 mm (17/32") hole for the cable pass-through. The light attaches to the hull surface with three marine bronze screws.

Can I add the display later?
Yes. The EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display (PN 60-0369) is sold separately and connects directly to the existing EOS-LUX Command Center without modifying the light or hub wiring.

What is the warranty?
