Compatibility & control

The EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display connects via Ethernet to the EOS-LUX Command Center (for EOS/LUX systems) or the SUPRA Bridge Module (for SUPRA-series lights). It can also connect into a Garmin MFD network via a Garmin GMS10 port expander or equivalent, allowing both the MFD and the Display to control lights simultaneously. Multiple displays can be added to one installation using a port expander.

Can the EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display work without any MFD?
Yes. The Display operates as a fully independent control interface — connect it directly to the EOS-LUX Command Center or SUPRA Bridge Module via the supplied 10 m CAT6 cable and it will discover and configure all connected lights automatically. No MFD is required.

Is the EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display IP68 rated?
Yes. The Display is IP68 rated, making it appropriate for fully exposed helm, cockpit, or flybridge panel-mount locations subject to spray, wash-down, or rain. The supplied RJ45 cover maintains the IP68 seal at the cable port when the cable is not connected.

Will it work with SUPRA lights as well as EOS lights?
Yes, with the correct upstream controller. Connect to the EOS-LUX Command Center for EOS/LUX systems, or to the SUPRA Bridge Module for SUPRA THX/TIX/SMX54 systems. The Display is not compatible with SUPRA SMX23 (SMX24) lights.

How does the Display connect to a Garmin MFD network?
The Display connects via Ethernet (RJ45). On Garmin OneHelm systems, use a Garmin Marine Network Cable — not a generic Ethernet cable — and a Garmin Conversion Cable (PN 60-0372). The Display and the MFD can both control the same lights simultaneously.

Is this product now a Garmin product after the 2024 acquisition?
Yes. Garmin acquired Lumishore in October 2024. The EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display now carries Garmin MPN 010-04362-00 and is supported through Garmin's service network. Hardware, firmware, and compatibility are unchanged.

What panel thickness can the Display mount in?
The mounting bracket accommodates panels from 2 mm to 25 mm thick, covering virtually any marine dash or console surface.
