The SUPRA Bridge Module sits between the SUPRA i-Connect Hub and the MFD network, bridging the proprietary Lumi-Link DMX protocol to the vessel's navigation network. Garmin MFD integration uses the Garmin Marine Network (proprietary Ethernet) — not NMEA 2000.

Frequently asked questions

Does the SUPRA Bridge Module require its own power connection?
No. The Bridge Module is powered directly by the SUPRA i-Connect Hub via the Lumi-Link DMX cable connection. You do not run a separate 12 V or 24 V wire to the Bridge Module.

Does the Bridge Module use NMEA 2000 or Garmin Marine Network to connect to a Garmin MFD?
Garmin Marine Network (proprietary Ethernet) — not NMEA 2000. A Garmin Marine Network Cable is required; a generic Ethernet cable will not establish the OneHelm connection.

Can I use the SUPRA Bridge Module with EOS-series lights?
No. The Bridge Module is compatible with SUPRA-series lights (TIX, THX, SMX54) only. For EOS-series underwater lights or LUX above-water lights, you need the EOS-LUX Command Center (010-04360-00).

What happens if I add both the Bridge Module and the EOS-LUX-SUPRA Display?
Both can coexist on the same Ethernet network. The Display connects to the Bridge Module via a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable and will discover and control all SUPRA lights on the system independently of, or alongside, the MFD.

Is this product now a Garmin product?
Yes. Garmin acquired Lumishore in October 2024. The SUPRA Bridge Module now carries Garmin MPN 010-04361-00 and is supported through Garmin's service network. Hardware and functionality are unchanged.

How far can the Bridge Module be located from the SUPRA i-Connect Hub?
The Bridge Module must be within 10 m of the SUPRA i-Connect Hub via the Lumi-Link DMX cable. The included 1 m cable covers most bilge-to-panel distances; optional 5 m and 15 m DMX extension cables are available separately.
