The LUX 4" is part of the LUX Smart Lighting ecosystem. A LUX Light Control Module is required to drive the 3-wire data connection. Add the EOS-LUX Command Center and an MFD conversion cable to control color zones from your chartplotter screen alongside all other Lumishore LUX zones on the vessel.

Why does the LUX 4" have fewer lumens than the ECLIPSE 4"?
The LUX 4" has five LED channels (warm white, cold white, red, green, blue) all running from the same power budget. When running full white, 1,050 fixture lumens are available. The ECLIPSE 4" concentrates all power into a single white channel, producing 1,500 fixture lumens. If maximum white output is the priority, choose the ECLIPSE 4"; if color flexibility matters, choose the LUX 4".

Can I control the LUX 4" with my Garmin chartplotter?
Yes. Add the EOS-LUX Command Center (60-0366) and the Garmin MFD conversion cable (60-0372) to control LUX flood zones — color, brightness, scenes — directly from a compatible Garmin MFD.

How many LUX 4" lights can I run from one LUX Light Control Module?
Up to 16. For 1–5 lights, daisy-chain the yellow data wire between fixtures. For 6–16 lights, the red and black power wires must be individually fed from a bus bar; only the yellow data wire is daisy-chained.

Can the LUX 4" be flush-mounted?
This MPN (010-04459-00) is the bracket-mount version. The flush-mount version uses a 113 mm wide rectangular panel cutout and is sold separately (010-04508-00).

Is the LUX 4" worth the price premium over the ECLIPSE 4"?
The LUX 4" costs approximately $130 more than the ECLIPSE 4". The premium buys full CRGBW color-change capability, white temperature tuning, and native MFD integration. If you want to match the color scenes of your underwater lights and interior LUX accent lights, the LUX 4" is the right choice. If you only need white deck light, the ECLIPSE 4" delivers more lumens for less money.

What is the warranty on the LUX 4"?
